I haven’t seen the show, but it could be a fake brand based on Apple. Sometimes shows don’t want to show any brands or sponsored products. Therefore, they usually cover up the logo or brand name with black tape. In this case, they were trying to be cute and cover the Apple with a Pear. Cute, huh?
I would call it an iPear. It’s basically an iBook with a logo of a pear on it.

Of course you can. You just get an Apple Computer, and make a pear logo on sticker paper, and put it over the Apple Logo.
Oh. Wait. You want to make one that looks as good as the ones on TV look. Riiiight. Well, to do that, you would need the budget of a TV studio. You would need to purchase Apple products, disassemble them, and fabricate new casings for them. This would not be cheap, and would require some special equipment… things like 3d printers that cut 3d models to your specifications out of plastic, or Aluminum fabrication machines that cut specific shapes out of aluminum blocks.
Why?
Well, in order for it to look right, you would need to cut a new back for your iPhone out of aluminum, or get one pressed out of sheet metal, so you can emboss a pear logo on it instead of an Apple. You could get away with cutting the panels with a 3d printer, if they needed to be painted or look like brushed aluminum.
So… if you have the budget of a TV studio, then have fun making your Apple products look like the fictional Pear products. If you don’t have the budget of a TV studio… then enjoy how fun stickers can be.
